A seminar titled "The Future and Artificial Intelligence in Business" was held on Tuesday, December 6, by the Department of New Media and Communications. Computer Engineer Yüksel Eminoğlu from ProjeSoft Technology company attended the event held in the multi-purpose seminar hall of the Faculty of Art and Design as a speaker. In the event, which attracted the attention of the students of the "Innovation and Digital Entrepreneurship" course, up-to-date information on brands and artificial intelligence strategies in the field of advertising and marketing were shared.

Department of New Media and Communications held a talk titled “The Importance of Networking Competencies in Career Journey” on Wednesday, April 20. The guest of the event, which was held at the Art and Design Faculty Multi-Purpose Seminar Hall with the participation of department students and lecturers, was Relationship Network Development Specialist Erdal Uzunoğlu. Uzunoğlu shared his knowledge and experience on establishing and developing a network of relationships in business life.

Department of New Media and Communication students visited Artist Refik Anadol's interactive installation called "Alkazar Dreams". Within the scope of the event held on Tuesday, April 19, 2022, the students who took their place in the Alkazar Cinema hosting the installation were accompanied by the faculty members of the department. In the space with different experience areas, students had the opportunity to experience the installation in which artificial neural networks and artificial intelligence technologies were used.
